Bio-sketch

Dr. Jehova Jire L. Hmar received his PhD from the Department of Physics, National Institute of Technology, Agartala, India. He is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, NSUT, New Delhi. Previously, he worked as Assistant Professor at the Department of Physics & Astronomical Sciences, Central University of Jammu, J & K, India. He has published his research work in International Journals and International Conference Proceeding, and also published book chapters and books in the reputed publisher. He has completed two major projects funded by UGC-BSR, Govt. of India, and DRDO, Govt. of India. He has an Indian patent and has filed more patents. He has supervised PhD students. He is on the panel of reviewers of a no. of SCI/SCIE/Scopus listed international journals. 

Areas of Interest

His current research interests include the growth, fabrication and characteristics of organic and inorganic Semiconductor for Flexible Electronic and Optoelectronic Applications such as Non-volatile Memory device, Dielectric constant, Piezoeletric sensors, Photodetectors, Photovoltaics/solar cell, LED, Photoelectrochemical Cells, etc.
